Nuvia Mondragon, a 43-year-old woman from Palmdale, California, tragically lost her life on February 13, 2019. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, she was shot in Lake Los Angeles. The incident occurred in the evening at a residence on the 16200 block of Newmont Avenue.
