Jessie Lamarr Johnson, a 30-year-old man from Billings, Montana, was last seen on February 28, 2024. Jessie, who has epilepsy, was known to frequent the South Side of Billings. On the day of his disappearance, he was reportedly seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, a blue sweatshirt, and white and blue Nike shoes. He also has a distinct "$" tattoo near his left eye, which makes him easily recognizable.
