Peder Douglas Kavli, a 43-year-old man from Weimar, California, has been missing since May 17, 1991. He was last seen by his long-term girlfriend at his residence. Kavli, a White / Caucasian male, was 5'11" and weighed approximately 150 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He has blond or strawberry-colored, collar-length hair and blue eyes. Distinguishing features include a small scar on his knee and the fact that he wore glasses.
