Williams has not been seen or heard from since that day. At the time of her disappearance, she had been living in various hotels in the Midland area.
Described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes, Williams is 5'4" tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She has crooked teeth and may use the last names Fotter or Kennedy. When she was last seen, she was wearing a black hat with a flame design, a red Tommy Hilfiger zip-up shirt, blue jeans, and gray and black sneakers.
