Oscar Garcia Quintanilla, a 53-year-old man, was last seen in front of his home in the 3500 block of River Road in Rosenberg, Texas, on July 25, 2002. He has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Quintanilla did not have his wallet, identification, or his reading glasses with him and was carrying very little money.
Described as a Hispanic male, 5'9" and weighing 190 pounds, Quintanilla had graying brown hair and light brown eyes.
He has a balding spot on the top of his head, a "beer belly," and walks with a slightly slumped posture. He was last seen wearing a gray dress shirt, khaki pants, and brown or black loafers. He also wore a watch with a black dial and glowing numbers. Quintanilla speaks fluent Spanish and very little English.
Quintanilla suffers from schizophrenia and requires daily medication. Without his medication, he may become incoherent and not know his own name. He also had sores on his face as a side effect of his medication. Few details are available in his case, which remains unsolved. The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office is investigating his disappearance.Last Seen: Jul 25, 2002
