Bo Young Kim Mickens, a 35-year-old native of South Korea, was reported missing from El Paso, Texas, on November 1, 2017. Mickens, who is a lawful permanent resident of the United States, had moved to the country after marrying a member of the U.S. military. She has limited English proficiency and does not drive. Her last known address was in the 6400 block of Edgemere in El Paso.
