Valentino Rudolph Jenkins Missing Person Case

Valentino Rudolph Jenkins, a 41-year-old Black male, has been missing since April 28, 2003, from Longview, Texas. At the time of his disappearance, he was 6'0" and weighed approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a three-inch scar on his right forearm. Jenkins was last seen wearing a tan shirt, khaki pants, and black shoes. He was also known by the nickname "Bubba".
