Raymond Paul Jones, a 42-year-old man from Longview, Texas, was last seen on August 4, 2003. At approximately 1:30 p.m., he left a family member's home located in the 2900 block of Signal Hill Drive. He departed in a small white four-door vehicle accompanied by two unknown men. Since then, no one has heard from him, and his whereabouts remain a mystery.
