In the early morning hours of November 1, 2001, Hyun Jong Song, a 21-year-old Pennsylvania State University student, vanished from State College, Pennsylvania. Known to her friends as Cindy, she had been enjoying a Halloween party at a downtown nightclub with friends. She was dressed in a rabbit costume, consisting of a pink sleeveless shirt, a white tennis skirt with a cotton tail, brown suede knee-high boots, and a red hooded parka.
