The disappearance of Phillip Leon McMillian has left his family and community searching for answers. On September 26, 2022, the 17-year-old was last seen in Hope Mills, North Carolina. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white shirt, black pants, and flip-flops of an unknown color, and was carrying a black and blue backpack.
