Frank Alec Acus, a 42-year-old man, was reported missing on July 7, 2001, from Hope Mills, North Carolina. On the day of his disappearance, Frank spoke to his sister and mentioned that he was traveling between North Carolina and Virginia. However, he has not been heard from since that day. His last known cell phone call was made on July 9 to a number in Massachusetts.
