Jorge Andres Garcia, a 37-year-old Hispanic male, was last seen on December 14, 2020. His last known location was on the south side of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Garcia has not been heard from since his disappearance. At the time he went missing, he was described as being 5'9" and weighing 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has distinctive tattoos on both of his arms.
