Jonathan Perez Lopez, a 9-month-old infant, went missing from Culpeper, Virginia, on October 1, 2022. His mother, 16-year-old Horlandina Gabrielita Lopez Perez, is also missing. Horlandina is a Central American refugee who was living with her aunt in Culpeper. The aunt delayed reporting them missing because she was unaware that law enforcement needed to be notified.
