Edwin Giovanni Morales-Velasquez, a 17-year-old from Culpeper, Virginia, went missing on October 31, 2021. He was last seen walking towards a laundromat with a basket of clothes. Like several other missing teens in the area, Edwin is of Guatemalan descent. He is part of a larger group of unaccompanied minors who arrived in the United States and were placed with sponsors. Many of these teens, including Edwin, disappeared from the Culpeper area between 2021 and 2022.
