Edwin Giovanni Morales-Velasquez, a 17-year-old from Culpeper, Virginia, went missing on October 31, 2021. He was last seen walking towards a laundromat with a basket of clothes. Like several other missing teens in the area, Edwin is of Guatemalan descent. He is part of a larger group of unaccompanied minors who arrived in the United States and were placed with sponsors.
