Nicholas Jonathan Echols, 54, was last seen on December 9, 2011, at his brother's home in Culpeper, Virginia. He mentioned to his family that he planned to travel to California and possibly Hawaii. Originally from California, Echols had also spent time in Utah, where other family members reside. He is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, and was known to suffer from diabetes.
