Omar Millet-Torres, 44, was last seen on October 4, 2022, near Key West, Florida, while aboard a 32-foot cabin cruiser with his partner, Betsy Morales, and their dog. The couple had been living on the boat, which was last sighted in the Fury Playground area near Key West Harbor. Millet-Torres had contacted the Coast Guard earlier, reporting that their vessel was adrift due to a broken anchor line.
