In the autumn of 1987, a young man named Male Jay Fregon seemingly vanished from his life in Fort County, Kansas. At 25 years old, Jay was last seen on September 30th of that year. He was a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, stood at five feet eight inches tall, and weighed around 140 pounds. The days turned into weeks, and the weeks into years, with no word from Jay, leaving a void of information and a family without answers.
