Alfredo Domingo-Sales, a 17-year-old male, has been missing from Ocoee, Florida, since October 29, 2022. He is part of a group of missing juveniles, including two other teens, all of whom migrated from Guatemala and were placed in sponsor homes through the Office of Refugee Resettlement.
