Teresa Yolanda Young, a 48-year-old woman from Washington D.C., vanished on July 3, 2015. She was last seen at approximately 3:00 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Capitol Street in the northwest quadrant of the city. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, leggings with a black leopard or lip print, and white Puma sneakers.
