Allen Lonnie Regusters, a 48-year-old man, vanished on March 17, 2000, after being last seen at his workplace in Washington, D.C. Regusters, an employee of the United States Postal Service, had gone to his job in the 900 block of Brentwood Road, Northeast, to collect his paycheck.
