George Webster James O'Clair was last seen walking westbound, away from his property in mid-May by his girlfriend between the hours of 0600 and 0800. Last had telephonic contact with his daughter on 5/13/24. George O'Clair would have had his cellphone with him after walking away but the phone is no longer accepting calls.
