In the winter of 2004, a 47-year-old man named Francisco Noriega-Verdugo, also known to some as 'Poncho,' disappeared from Tucson, Arizona. He was last seen on February 27, 2004. Francisco was a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing at 5'6' and weighing around 125 pounds. A noticeable scar on his forehead was a distinguishing physical feature.
