Hieu Tan Truc, a 46-year-old Asian male, was last seen on May 24, 2006. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance indicate that he was fishing on rocks at Yellow Bluff, east of Fort Baker, when he fell into the water and was swept out to sea. Although he is presumed to have drowned, Truc is still officially classified as a missing person.
At the time of his disappearance, Truc was described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds.
He had black hair and black eyes. The clothing he was last seen wearing consisted of a green jacket and blue pants.
