Hieu Tan Truc, a 46-year-old Asian male, was last seen on May 24, 2006. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance indicate that he was fishing on rocks at Yellow Bluff, east of Fort Baker, when he fell into the water and was swept out to sea. Although he is presumed to have drowned, Truc is still officially classified as a missing person.
