A member of the Absentee-Shawnee Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma, Arnold was last seen on December 3, 2022. His last known location was the Greyhound bus station in Oklahoma City, where he was reportedly waiting for a ride. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as standing between 6 feet 1 inch and 6 feet 3 inches tall, with graying hair and brown eyes.
