Robert Lee Coulter, a 49-year-old man, was last seen in Oklahoma City on June 14, 2022. At the time of his disappearance, Coulter was described as being both Black and Native American, standing 5'11" tall and weighing around 200 pounds. He had black hair with a receding hairline, brown eyes, and a greying beard. He was last seen wearing black shorts, a dark t-shirt, and flip-flops.
