In the summer of 2022, a 49-year-old man named Robert Lee Coulter vanished from the streets of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was last seen on June 14, a Tuesday, in the downtown area of the city. At the time of his disappearance, Robert was experiencing homelessness. He is described as being of both Black and Native American descent, standing at approximately 5'11' and weighing around 200 pounds.
