Lara is described as being 5'8" tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos, including the name "Jennifer" on his left arm. Subsequent to his disappearance, law enforcement has sought Lara for questioning in connection with a separate criminal investigation. He is wanted for questioning in the murder case of Victor Trejo, who went missing in Bakersfield, California in October 2017.
