Richard Antoine Keppi Missing Person Case

Richard Antoine Keppi, 25, was last seen on March 26, 2008, in Santa Barbara, California. On that evening, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Keppi and his brother went sailing on a catamaran off Leadbetter Beach. The vessel was overturned by high winds, leading to a tragic accident.
