Thomas Kearny Hull Jr., a 71-year-old man, was last seen in San Diego, California, on or around January 1, 1990. He was reportedly seen by his ex-wife in the San Ysidro area of San Diego County. At the time of his disappearance, Hull was estranged from his family and was believed to be homeless. His last known address was a Post Office box in San Ysidro.
