Mark Allan Henkel, a 48-year-old man, was last seen in Oceanside, California on December 22, 2019. On the day of his disappearance, he had been in contact with his family via text message. Henkel had been living a transient lifestyle for approximately three to four years prior to his disappearance and was known to frequent a homeless encampment in the Oceanside area. Despite his transient status, he maintained contact with his family as he was financially dependent on them.
