Michael Franz Missing Person Case

Michael Franz, a 58-year-old man, has been missing since July 23, 1998, after he disappeared from the Orange County Fair in California. Franz was a resident of the La Paz Geropsychiatric Center in Los Angeles and was attending the fair on a field trip with a group of other residents. At some point during the outing, he became separated from the group and has not been heard from since.
