Carla Louise Howard, a 37-year-old American Indian/Alaska Native woman, was last seen in Anchorage, Alaska, on September 28, 2025. She is described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Howard, who also goes by her own name, was experiencing homelessness at the time of her disappearance.
