In the spring of 2002, a 48-year-old woman named Jeri Anne Brommels vanished from Anchorage, Alaska. She was last seen on April 15, 2002, in the Mountain View area of the city. Known to sometimes use the last name Knapp, Jeri was a white female with graying hair and green eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as being 5'4" tall and weighing around 110 to 130 pounds. A distinctive scar on her left knee was noted as a unique physical feature.
