Julio Ernesto Hernandez Alcala, 48, was reported missing after he vanished on the afternoon of December 13, 2024, while visiting relatives in the Laredo area of Webb County, Texas. According to the case record, he told family members he was going to clean the garage; when he had not returned after 15–20 minutes, relatives searched for him but could not find him. He was last seen near the 600 block of Pinos Circle.
