In the late summer of 2025, concern grew for the welfare of 15-year-old Dace Rey Medina. A resident of Norman, Oklahoma, Dace was a young man of both Black and Hispanic heritage. He was last seen on August 17, 2025, in the 4200 block of 24th Avenue NW in his hometown. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being six feet two inches tall and weighing around 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
