She also has two nose piercings. The circumstances surrounding Erica's disappearance are particularly concerning. Not long after she was seen walking into the woods, her cell phone was discovered in that same vicinity. This discovery, coupled with the video footage of her seemingly disoriented state, sparked immediate concern among her family and law enforcement. The Marion County Sheriff's Department was notified of her disappearance on November 22, 2024, and quickly launched an investigation.
