According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System he was dropped off at his residence in Lakeland and has not been seen since. Julian is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with black, ear-length locs and a goatee. He has brown eyes and was 15 years old at the time of his disappearance.
