Brandon Cole Duval, a 31-year-old man from Stockton, California, was last seen on June 6, 2015, in Millville, California. He had been staying at a residence in the 7000 block of Mallard Way. Duval, who also went by the nickname “Q” and the alias Quinn Goodman, had a tattoo reading “North Stockton” on his left arm. On the day of his disappearance, Duval reportedly went to confront Elijah Arion, whom he suspected of suspicious activities in the area. Shortly after this confrontation, witnesses heard gunshots near Duval's trailer, and he was never seen again .

Following the incident, Arion was confronted by other residents and allegedly apologized, referencing a previous murder in the area.
