Juliana Valerio Zaragoza, a 20-year-old U.S. citizen from Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been missing since June 16, 2024, after traveling to Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, with her boyfriend, Brandon Alexis Oñate. The couple reportedly stayed at the Hotel Arteaga in downtown Monterrey. Days after their arrival, Brandon contacted Juliana's family, stating he had lost contact with her after leaving her alone at the hotel.
