Onni Raassina, a 28-year-old Finnish man, was last seen on March 5, 2025, after arriving at Salt Lake City International Airport in Utah. He had traveled from Finland with plans to visit the Moon Lake area in Duchesne County. However, it remains unclear if he ever reached his intended destination.
