On February 22, 2025, the Burke County Sheriff’s Office received a missing person report concerning Kenneth “Kenny” Ray Phillips, age 60, from Connelly Springs, North Carolina. The reporting party indicated that he was last seen on February 20, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m. while at his residence on 6802 Berea Church Road Extension.
