On February 20, 2025, 60-year-old Kenneth 'Kenny' Ray Phillips was seen for the last time at his home on Berea Church Road Extension in Connelly Springs, North Carolina. He was reported missing to the Burke County Sheriff's Office two days later, on February 22, sparking immediate concern for his welfare.
