In the early evening of May 1, 2023, a mother in west Atlanta saw her son for what would be the last time. Traco Mackey, then 27 years old, was at his home in the 2600 block of Burton Road NW. Around 8:30 p.m., he left the residence. At the time of his departure, he was wearing a black and blue jean jacket paired with blue jeans.
