In the summer of 2024, concern grew for 51-year-old Michael W. Oyson, a man from Tukwila, Washington, who had seemingly vanished. His daughter reported him missing on August 22, 2024, after an unusual silence descended. Michael, who normally maintained regular contact with his family every couple of days, had last been in touch on June 24, 2024.
