Michael Shane Gentry, a 37-year-old man, was last in contact with his family on December 22, 2024, from Arden, North Carolina. At the time of his disappearance, he was known to be living in a wooded area behind an address in Arden. The last confirmed physical sighting of him was at the ABTECH shelter in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Gentry is described as a white male, 67 inches tall, and weighing approximately 160 pounds.
