Casey Lavonne Young, 44, was last seen on May 15, 2023, after leaving her job at Spartanburg Regional Hospital around 4:30 p.m. She was presumed to be heading to her home in Boiling Springs, South Carolina, but she never made contact with her family after leaving work. Her white 2009 Infiniti G37 was found on May 17 in a nearby apartment complex parking lot, suspiciously parked behind bushes as if to conceal it.
