Jacob Ismael Moreno, a 16-year-old, was last seen on May 28, 2023, around 9:30 a.m. in Brenham, Texas, near the 500 block of Highway 290 West. At the time of his disappearance, Jacob was wearing blue jeans, a dark hoodie jacket with a multi-colored design on the back, and black-and-white tennis shoes. He is 5'8", weighs 175 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities believe Jacob may have left the local area and could possibly be in the Houston or Harris County region.
