Joseph Wayne Daggett, aged 27, was last seen on the night of March 1, 1988, when he left his girlfriend's home in Fort Stockton, Texas, around 10:30 p.m. to return to his ranch. He never arrived, and his pickup truck was later found abandoned at the Midland International Airport, with its cargo of feed still intact.
