Case Description
Walter went missing in while trying to cross the Rio Grande in Texas. He was last spoken to on the morning of September 4th, 2014. He was in Piedras Negras waiting to cross the river around 8pm. It is unclear if he made it across the river into Eagle Pass, TX. No one has heard from him since September 4th, 2014.
