Carlos Costilla Espinoza, a 24-year-old male, was last seen on May 8, 2016, after crossing the border from Piedras Negras, Mexico, into Eagle Pass, Texas, with his brother. The two had been walking for nearly 18 hours without rest or food. At around 10 p.m. that evening, Carlos became highly agitated and scared, causing him to run off into the darkness. His brother has not seen or heard from him since that night, and despite efforts to locate him, Carlos remains missing.
