Kevin Richter, a 32-year-old resident of Joyce, Washington, was reported missing on February 10, 2022. He was last seen by a family member at his home near Crescent Beach Road on the morning of that day. Later, his bicycle and cell phone were discovered along a remote logging road in a heavily wooded area between Joyce and Crescent Beach.
