In the summer of 2024, a 29-year-old woman from Crystal Lake, Illinois, Caitlin Ann Hodges, vanished while on a trip to Goldsboro, North Carolina. She was last seen on July 18, 2024, in Goldsboro, where she had been staying with her boyfriend for about two months. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance were unsettling.
